April is here and we are all so excited. The herbs and wildflowers are bursting in the gardens.

Our herb for April is Lavender and we are featuring all of our herb farm lavender products, such as Lavender Champagne Vinegar, which is by the way, a Gold Medal Finalist in the Gallo Gold Medal Awards this Spring in NYC! Check out all our Herb Farm Lavender Products »»

The 13th Annual Spring Herb Festival is April 20, 21, and 22nd, be sure to check the website in the next few days for a listing of the big weekends events. Join us for dinner on Friday and Saturday evening. We still have vendor booths available! Please contact me for more information (830.997.8615 or email.)

We are also getting very excited about the Becker Vineyards Annual Lavender Festival on May 18, 19, and 20th. We will be serving a Lavender Five Course Dinner with The Beckers here at The Herb Farm on the Friday Evening May 18th. The Menu for that evening will be posted soon. Each course will be served with a different wine.

May you all have a Blessed Easter with your friends, and family, and rejoice in the wonderful reflection of God’s special love at Easter and always. Easter has always been a time for celebrating rebirth, feasting with loved ones, and exchanging symbolic eggs.
