Can I just walk in, or do I need to make an appointment?
All spa services must be scheduled in advance by phone.
Please call 844-596-2302 to make reservations prior to your arrival.

Because we strive to ensure all guests privacy we do not offer spa tours.
What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our Spa Consultants during the booking process if you have any medical/health issues or if you are pregnant. There are specific services which are not suitable for various medical conditions; therefore, we want to ensure your safety.
What is the Wednesday discount?
This used to be our locals discount, but now we've made it available to
everyone. Schedule your appointment on a Wednesday and get 15% off any
treatment of $55 or more.
What should I bring to the Spa?
Robe and slippers are provided to wear. All amenities for hair and body care are provided. The items of importance are more what not to bring. Please leave cell phones, pagers and jewelry behind. Smoking is also prohibited.
Is there a minimum age?
Services are limited for guests under 18 and they must be accompanied by an adult. Please contact the Spa for specific details for your visit.
When should I arrive?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that for most services you arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment. It is advised to allow time to experience the infrared sauna before your Spa treatment.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will limit the time of your service, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest's scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
Are there any services that require that I prepare ahead of time?
Most services on the menu only require that you come relaxed, yet there are a few that require some preparation.
• Exfoliating Services: To remove dry skin from the face or the body, it is advised to limit sun exposure ahead of time and to ensure proper protection afterwards. Please refrain from shaving within the day of your exfoliating service.
• Facials: It is advised for men to shave prior to the facial in a careful unhurried manner to avoid creating sensitivity. Contact lenses are advised to be removed prior to the facial.
What is the cancellation policy?
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy; if you need to do so, please cancel 48 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged in full.
What about payment and gratuities for Spa services?
We accept all major credit cards. At the time of booking a credit card number is required to secure your reservation, yet payment will not be processed until check in. A 15-20% gratuity is recommended on the published treatment price.
What if I get hungry?
The Farm Haus Bistro at the Fredericksburg Herb Farm is just steps away and has health-conscious entrees available. Our therapists recommend not having lunch directly before receiving a treatment.
Will I be charged for facility usage?
Facility usage is complimentary with any treatment, this includes use of the
sauna, relaxation room and sun patio.
Can I have facility access without an appointment?
In order to provide the highest level of privacy and comfort to our guests, we
do not allow access to our sauna, relaxation room or sun patio to anyone who is
not receiving a treatment. Please make an appointment for a treatment to enjoy
the full benfits of our facility.
